At Precision Training & Performance, every program is structured around evidence-based methods and sustainable progress. Training is delivered in-person with a full mobile setup — I bring the equipment and expertise directly to you. Each session runs 45–75 minutes based on your training phase and experience.

This 30–45 minute consultation includes:
• Exercise and injury history
• Health considerations
• Short and long-term goals
• Scheduling and time constraints
This helps me design a realistic, effective, and sustainable training plan tailored to your needs.
SESSION PRICING
Commit to consistent progress while maintaining flexibility. Each 4-week package includes individualized programming based on your short and long term goals.
Pricing:
1x/week — $60/session
2x/week — $50/session
3x/week — $40/session
