TRAINING PACKAGES & PRICING
At Precision Training & Performance, every program is structured around evidence-based methods and sustainable progress. Training is delivered in-person with a full mobile setup — I bring the equipment and expertise directly to you.
All training is organized into 8-week phases, each designed to build on the last. You can purchase up to one phase at a time to ensure your program remains adaptive and personalized as you progress.
Travel: includes 30-minute radius from Central Vail; +$15 beyond.
Each session runs 45–75 minutes, adjusted based on your training phase and experience.
CONSULTATION SESSION — FREE
Your first step toward better training.
This 30–45 minute consultation includes:
• Exercise and injury history
• Health considerations
• Short- and long-term goals
• Scheduling and time constraints
This helps me design a realistic, effective, and sustainable training plan tailored to your needs.
SINGLE TRAINING SESSION — $70
A one-time, in-person session following your consultation. Perfect if you’d like to experience a full training session before committing to a package.
This session also acts as a light assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses, and movement patterns before beginning a structured phase.
4-WEEK TRAINING PACKAGES (HALF PHASE)
Commit to consistent progress while maintaining flexibility. Each 4-week package includes customized programming based on your goals and schedule.
Half-Phase Pricing:
1x / week (8 sessions) — $60 per session — $240 total
2x / week (16 sessions) — $55 per session — $440 total
3x / week (24 sessions) — $50 per session — $600 total
8-WEEK FULL PHASE PACKAGES
For clients ready to commit to structured, progressive training. Each full phase consists of 8 weeks of tailored programming that adapts to your skill and strength level.
Full-Phase Pricing:
1x / week (8 sessions) — $55 per session — $440 total
2x / week (16 sessions) — $45 per session — $720 total
3x / week (24 sessions) — $40 per session — $960 total

Hi, I’m Ryan Cole, founder of Precision Training & Performance — a mobile personal training service built on practical information, evidence-based methods, and an uncompromising commitment to real results.
After spending years in the wellness industry, I noticed a gap between what clients truly need and what many trainers provide. Too often, fitness programs are copy-pasted, confusing, or unsustainable. I created Precision Training & Performance to change that — by offering training that’s individualized, logical, and built for lasting progress.
My approach follows a multi-phase model that adapts to each client’s skill level and goals. We start with technique development, focusing on proper form and control through moderate rep ranges. Once the foundation is set, we transition into targeted hypertrophy work — refining weak points, emphasizing your physique goals, and continuing to build strength in a structured progression model.
Whether you train once a week or three times a week, I’ll make sure you understand the balance you’re striking — what you gain, what you maintain, and how to make the most of your time. My goal is to teach you training principles you can understand, replicate, and sustain long after our sessions.
I bring the gym to you, equipped with a full mobile training setup — adjustable dumbbells, a portable bench, and the expertise to build challenging, adaptable sessions in any space. In addition to training, I offer nutrition coaching focused on practical, evidence-based guidance — not restrictive meal plans, but honest conversations about fueling performance, recovery, and long-term health.
I hold certifications through NASM in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and Nutrition Coaching. More importantly, I believe fitness should empower you to move well, look great, and feel confident — not just for a few months, but for life.
